About Holland Lloyd

Holland Lloyd was founded in 2020 to provide planning advice for sites of all sizes. Our founder, Ben, is an experienced Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) who brings a passion for the built environment.

Since Holland Lloyd was created, we have assisted in achieving planning permission for major commercial developments, residential housing estates, brownfield regeneration schemes, agricultural developments, leisure facilities (holiday and high street), enforcement matters, and supported homeowners in achieving planning permission for their grand design.

Holland Lloyd works in an engaging and enthusiastic way, putting your scheme, big or small, in the best possible light. This includes engaging with local residents, elected members, and local planning authorities.
