Holland Lloyd was set up to provide high-quality planning services to individuals and PLCs. We are experienced professionals who have worked on unique new homes, through to major sustainable urban extensions, reviews of employment sites, and achieving permission for new leisure facilities.

 

Our founder, Ben, is an experienced Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) who brings a passion for the built environment. Having worked nationwide on a range of projects, Ben was able to understand where improvements should be made to help clients.In 2019, Ben was shortlisted at the RTPI West Midlands awards for Young Planner of the Year.

 

Uniquely, between 2015 and 2019 Ben was a District Councillor where he got to grips with the inner workings of a local authority. This experience helps to understand an authority’s concerns and wishes, as well as the mechanisms for change. Ben has used this experience to ensure effective consultation with local authority members and officers.
