Community Consultation 18 July – 01 August 2023

Holland Lloyd has launched the community consultation on behalf of The Galliard Apsley Partnership for land bounded by Chapel Lane, Harborne Lane and Bristol Road, Selly Oak (former Sainsbury’s site).

Website

During 18 July and 1 August, formal community consultation is being undertaken relating to the site locally known as the former Sainsbury’s site. 

Drop-in Event

In addition to the website, a community consultation drop-in event is being held at Sense Touchbase Pears on 25 July between 12:00 and 19:00.

Feedback

Any comments made will be considered before a formal planning submission and included within a Statement of Community Involvement submitted to Birmingham City Council as part of the planning submission.

Providing feedback to this community consultation does not preclude your ability to comment on the planning application lodged with the Council.
