The proposal located at the heart of the Birmingham canal network optimises the location through the inclusion of balconies for all apartments. The zero-parking scheme, maximises cycle parking and promotes links utilising the canal network.
At the heart of Birmingham and within a short walk of key local destinations, employment hubs and transport infrastructure. The local area is undergoing transformational change with build to rent, market housing, and student residential schemes developing local to the site.
Holland Lloyd provides the project management and planning support of the scheme from inception to decision, with pre-application advice undertaken with Birmingham City Council.
The proposal designed by ScapolanBurney delivered a proposal which exceeded minimum space standards, with amenity space available for all residents overlooking the canal. The high quality environment will deliver housing to the City and we look forward to seeing the scheme be delivered.
