Birmingham Office Development

Holland Lloyd is delighted to have worked with Lambert Smith Hampton (Agent) and Corstorphine + Wright (Architect) to prepare a detailed planning application for 218,000 sq ft at Upper Gough Street submitted to Birmingham City Council by City Realty Limited.

The application proposal is for:

Erection of two Class E buildings totalling 20,272 square metres floorspace, provision of public realm improvements with the extension of Chapmans Passage and associated infrastructure, landscaping and on-site car parking.

The proposal will achieve BREEAM Excellent and aspires to Outstanding. The highly sustainable proposal will deliver two blocks of Class E (office) development and opens up a new passageway between the City and the Peace Gardens, connecting with the existing Chapmans Passageway.
